REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Returns
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used lash products.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement where appropriate.
Items must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for any return consideration.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
We do not offer refunds for:
change of mind
incorrect application
normal wear and tear
delays caused by postal services
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges for hygiene reasons.
Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.
Lost or delayed parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, KISTU is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers.
If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. We will assist where possible.
